Default Tomorrow is the day...

... when we take delivery of our 2019 Stingray. Shadow Gray, Spice Red, 3LT, Z51, 7M, MSRC, black badges, carbon flash rockers, black motorsports wheels, red calipers. This is our third Corvette, our second C7, and our second museum delivery (easy since we only live an hour and fifteen minutes away).

Thank you Mike Furman for a great deal and a great experience. Six weeks from order to delivery. Next week the orders start for the mods.

When did they start offering rocker skirts on Stingrays from the factory?

Good question. I don't remember them being available when I ordered my 16 but it was an option for 19 so I pulled that trigger.

As good looking as Spice Red is (to me at least) I was surprised to see it comprised only 1% of interiors delivered. Cool, that makes mine one of, let's see, um, one of one in my garage.

If you are interested on the numbers regarding your car at the end of your model year production call the Corvette Museum archive department and give them your vin and they will give you info on your Corvette. I did my 17 GS and came back 1 of 11 my being number 11. I also like that it’s not as common.

My tongue was in my cheek. I don't really care about the numbers, I just find them interesting. I may ask tomorrow as long as I'm there, but time spent depends on how the wife feels.

The drive is 1+15, half of which is two lane with room to pass if necessary. Vary those speeds during break-in.
