Engine Miss? 2017 Grand Sport, Man Trans
2017 Grand Sport w/ manual trans: After shifting into 4th gear there is the feeling of an engine miss or a "chug" in the driveline. This does not occur in any other gear. After this happens the car performs fine. Anyone experience something like this? Thanks.

I suspect that if you switch to any other mode you will find the issue goes away. 
I've never experienced what you describe but I've also never used Eco mode... never will.

Drifting
I feel a slight jerk when my 17 GS drops unto V4 but not back to V8. I rarely use ECO but when I do it is on the highway so not normally in 4th gear.
