Default Traded C6 Z06 for C7 GS (1st Post)

Only regret...traded black for black. Told myself I’d never buy another black car; they’re so difficult to clean. Wondering if a ceramic coating would be of significant help? Btw, great forum!!! Have been a long time follower...

Nothing looks as good as black...when it's clean, that is!

Like you, I also said I was never buying another black car. I said it for three consecutive cars. Finally broke the streak last year.

Beautiful car.

Had a black vette that I traded for a Watkins Glen Gray GS. Loved the black color, but really tough to keep clean. Your color combination is awesome though....

Looks awesome dude!! Just get it fully wrapped. That is what I did. No worries with cleaning it and waxing it.

My son, also an Andrew, has a GT350 in black. He had it xpel'd and ceramic coated. It still gets dirty, but it is easy to wash and dry with no swirl marks.

Congrats on your new GS !!!

How do you compare your C6 Z06 to your new C7 GS. It seems like an interesting match-up.

Beautiful car and I've always been partial to the black & red combo (even though I've now owned three yellow 'Vettes in a row). Welcome to the forum. I highly recommend the ceramic coating.

Congrats on the new GS and welcome to the CF. I traded my black C6Z for the same reason. I had to break the cycle.
