Started with the AC/ Heater not blowing. Worked in the afternoon, went back next day no AC.... Park car. Next day
Go to start it - it won’t start. Have power to everything else. Disconnect battery and waited 10 mins- still nothing.
Battery is fully charged as well. Now no AC/Heater/Defroster along with a car that won’t turn over.

I'd check the 300 Amp fuse on the top of the battery to seee if it's blown.
I'd then check to insure that the connections at the battery are aligned, making good contact, and good and snug.

Do you have the battery protection package? Have you verified the sensor is plugged in if so? Also, have you verified your started itself hasn't failed?

...and, battery contacts at posts and cables clean. "Battery is fully charged..." Meaning?
Actually, it sounds like my John Deere mower when the starter solenoid died.

Sounds exactly like a prematurely failed battery, likely due to a dead one of the 6 cells. Symptoms include having enough current to run light loads (electronics, light), but not able to generate enough current to turn a starter (200+ Amps) or a strong fan motor, yet showing a "full" charge that is really just a surface charge. A simple test with a battery load tester will verify. If you don't have a tester, take the battery to any auto parts store and use theirs.
Doesn't happen often, but there is a certain percentage of infant mortality in batteries. I once purchased a BMW motorcycle, and the battery dropped a cell within a month or so. Service manager had seen it before, and after verifying the faulty battery, dropped a new one in without any fuss.

How do you know the battery is fully charged? What voltage is the DIC showing?

It may be a problem with the shifter. Put it in accessory mode then you can move the shifter to neutral. Then try to start it. There are unreliable microswitches that are part of the shifter.

A few years back I purchased a new battery for my Explorer from Auto Zone. I don't remember what brand or grade it was. Long story short, car would not start. Charged battery, same problem. Took it back, and they discovered it had a bad cell in it! Replaced the battery, and all was well!
I think this is a rare problem, but it does happen!
I had a similar thing happen with an oil filter. I couldn't get the threads started to put it on! After much cussing, I checked the threads out on the filter, and there were none! It never got threaded! This stuff does happen! Don't always assume new things are always correct!
