The blue C2 in front of the Pagoda is a great shot!

Great pics. I too was there today, but I will say I was disappointed. The last time I went was the last year at Phaesant Run in St Charles, IL. There is no longer the auction, saw no cars being judged, swap area was anemic, new vendors were lean, light attendance, light amount of Vette attendance. It seems way to spread out, almost an effort to make it seem bigger. The venue itself is way cool, how can you beat Indy, but the show itself has seemed to slide from what it used to be, second only to Carlisle in its prime. Most of us in 9 cars of friends areed we wont be back. It just wasnt worth the miles, and expense of a hotel room and meals. It seems this once great Corvette show is slowly slipping away.....

I haven't attended since St Charles either and based on the comments here and from friends who have attended it is just not the same. The internet has decreased the swappers for sure and the 'graying' of our hobby has contributed as well.
They tried including some Camaros this year-were they present in any big numbers? Not sure how that idea will fly.

Very few Camaros this year. My friend who has a ‘69 Camaro and lives 4 blocks away from the Indy Speedway was not even aware that they were adding Camaros this year until I told him. We took both my 2014 Corvette and his car and did the laps. He also did the autocross as that is what he built his car to do. We only saw three other first generation Camaros and they were part of a display.

I was there on Friday and also took the Gold Laps in my 2019 Sebring Orange Grand Sport.
I also took some pictures of the parking lot. It was as good as the other displays. Thanks for showing the parking lot pictures.

Thanks for the pics. Some nice cars - I really like that orange GS. I went last year and was disappointed then so decided not to go this year - just not worth the drive/expense.

I had the pleasure of having a short chat with the owner of this fine car yesterday. I didn’t catch his name but he said that Bill Kay did the restoration on it and my amateur eyes thought that it was a fantastic job.

Thanks for posting. My wife and I canceled our hotel reservations Wednesday last week since it looked like rain both Friday and Saturday. Long drive to get rained out. Wish we were there
