Valet wouldn't park my car
Took the wife to the casino on Friday. Pulled up to the valet area and began to get out of the car. The attendant came running over and said that he wouldn't park the car and didn't trust anyone else to touch it. Told me I could park it anywhere I want in the front, free of charge.

I'd never permit any valet to drive my C7, or any of my prized Mercedes Benz'. Never have either. I park my own cars. Always.

Worked out fine for you. I am going along with he did not know how to drive a manual, as I am sure they must see and valet real high end sports cars and others.

There's a shopping center in Dallas that has valet parking.... I asked several of them recently what kind of high-end cars they park regularly: Rolls, Bentley, MB, Lamborghini, McLaren, Ferrari, and others. I asked about Corvettes? They said, "very few." They don't "hot rod" cars as that's not making them money.... nice group of guys.

Mine gets parked by valet whenever we go to dinner, and I always think it's cool to see our C7 parked in front with the Lambos, Ferrari, Jags, etc. And I always get charged $$. And it's a stick shift.
