Video is too blurry in pause motion, couldn't make out anything discernible with respect to tags and tow truck door graphics. If OP is in the Nashville area, there is a Brentwood City FD near by.

Sure. For those of you who have been around for a while, the OP is really B&W.

Those who might remember Black and White from around 2015, who was banned a few times under multiple user names for posting a bunch of nonsense and taking threatening tones, will get it and maybe smile a bit at my attempt at humor. Others won't know or remember and move on to something else. Others will get a bit wrapped around the axles for whatever reason. Sorry if I caused you any pain.

The FD is:

Bedford County Fire Department

The Tow Truck Company is:
Mike's Towing & Recovery
Bell Buckle, TN
931-437-2130

The location of the fire is approximately:

2985 Unionville Deason Road, Bell Buckle, TN

You can see the Blackjack Farms Christmas Tree Barn on Hwy 10 in the background.

After all the "gullibles" bought into this absurd story, I said in post 32 that I'm not buying it. At this point I think I'm safe in saying that's it's total BS.

So that wasn't really a C7 that burned to the ground then?

When i got the letter, read completely the planned GM inaction (wait and see) until it's too late; i sold the car and bought a newer one not affected. GM is playing with fire not doing a full recall of all affected units to fix; instead just wait and sniff, then fix. But then again, exhibit a, the lethal GM ignition switch.
I will not be surprised if it was a result of the faulty top flange on the fuel tank. GM is putting profit above safety by not issuing a recall. The dumb thing is the first person to be killed as a result of this known defect will cost them $100 million plus in addition to world wide bad press.

I've been around forum land and YouTube long enough to know when it walks like a duck, and it talks like a duck, that it's a duck.

Good luck OP. If you really cared about your car and this forum, you would have been posting up a storm in here.

There are over 150,000 C7s sold so far. If there hasn’t been one yet it doesn’t seem to be the huge problem you make it out to be.

I think his post was genuine. He obviously is not well spoken but damn this is a tough crowd. Why in the hell would someone torch their own car for a YouTube video? Especially when he has not made any income on any of his videos. This is not the first c7 to go up in flames after all.

Default Fuel leak warranty

If special coverage 17469 is mentioned on my Chevrolet webpage what does that mean?
