You can't go wrong with either, however I'm a vert guy as it just adds a little more enjoyment to the overall driving experience in my opinion. Some say the coup looks better, however I'm not so sure of that.

The vert is maximum enjoyment and since it is a toy for me, that is all I get.

I will never own a sports car that isn't a convertible or a manual shift with a third pedal!!!!

Wait, what.....Rick, are you saying that GM builds a Corvette that isn't a drop top?

I never liked convertibles and never will. I wouldn't own my Corvette if it wasn't available in a coupe. Coupes look so much better and are much more practical if you happen to be a person who will actually drive it and use it as a car and not just a toy.

Do tell. What makes the coupe more practical??????? I drive my vert every day.

I'm at that point now, deciding to go again with a vert or get a coupe which is really sharp. Seeing this one got me thinking.
Great with the striping, I'll save this picture when I trade and get it done

It's obvious I'm in the minority here! Should I be jealous? I dunno. Coupe for me because we travel long ways and many days and the storage space just works better for my golf clubs and our luggage. Love my coupe and M7 tranny! Manuals forever!!

Convertibles are OK but out of 90 cars and trucks I have owned in the last 50 years I have had only one (a 1968 TR-250 that I bought new). The top has never been off my C7 coupe and most likely never will be. I don't even roll the windows down. At this point in my life, I prefer nice, clean, fresh, conditioned air.

Living in AZ, rarely driving at night, and having experienced two surgeries for skin cancer, my dermatologist and I agree I should never have a convertible here.
...and I am also someone who thinks the coupe is more stylish.
