fault message

I have a 2014 Z-51 convertible and I am getting the message "rear axle system off" in the message area inside the tachometer. It comes after about 10 minutes of driving. I can dismiss it, but it will come back. I don't see anything in the manual about this. Any ideas of what it is and how to fix it?

How old is your battery? It and corroded connectors can produce that, and many other mystifying electronic gobble-de-gook. Usually a reasonable place to start, along with "rebooting" the system (disconnecting/reconnecting the battery).
