hello, when I discover my top it always stays stuck in the same place as in the picture. Could the problem be a sensor? anyone know how i can fix it?
thank you
There are many sensors to verify the position of lid and the the top. I do not have a list or pictures.
Does the lid shown stop when the top is going up, or when it is going down?
If it stops when going up, I suspect it is the sensor that signals the lid is fully open.
If it stops when going down, I suspect it is the sensor that signals the top is fully down. Have someone push down and hold the left and then the right side of the top while you press the down-button. Good luck. I hope someone else has pictures of where the sensors are.

yes it stops when going down, the hood with the double bumps does not close
When going down, the lid needs to insure the top is fully seated in the storage compartment. Have someone press lightly on left side and press the down button. If still won't close the lid, try the right side.

i think the top is fully seated in the storage compartment, I have already tried to press the top but it does not change anything. I think it's the sensor that detects that the top is well retracted that is faulty because it blocks just before the hood closes
