Default C7 prepurchase inspection

Hello everyone. I'm from Europe (Poland). I owned a C5 Z06 for a while and am currently looking for a C7 in our market. My main concern with these cars is serious frame damage. Can you advise me on how to check the frame's condition before buying and what to look for in case of any damage disguised by dishonest sellers? Is the frame in a C7 repairable?

I would start with a purchase of a Carfax report to see some of the car's history along with a personal inspection of the car

Far too many available to get one ever frame-damaged. All the best.

Of course, I downloaded the CarFax. It’s clean, except for one very small damage already recorded in the EU. But CarFax can only indicate damage history; it absolutely does not guarantee that the car has never been in an accident.

I plan to inspect the car personally, but maybe someone could advise what I should pay special attention to?

Our market of C7s is very small, most of the cars are repaired with salvage title.

If you're looking at repaired with a salvage title ask for documentation of all repairs done. Check the tires for uneven wear. Look at the body panel gaps, they should all be consistent. Open and close both doors, hood, and hatch. Remove the targa top or work the convertible top up and down. Everything should function smoothly. Insist on a long test drive. Raido off, heat or ac off, listen for abnormal sounds. Pay attention for vibrations or if the car is pulling to one side or the other. Also insist the car be lifted on a rack so you can inspect the undercarriage.
