Set of 4 OEM Z51 Wheels and tires with TPMS installed

Tires have 8-9/32nds left. Aprox 1000 miles on the tires.

No curb damage, no major damage.

$2200 plus shipping from Manassas VA 20112

What is the stuff on the tires in the second picture? Is it more than just loose dirt?
