Are the skirts 100% replica from GM factory parts and fit perfectly?

Default Side skirt question

I would also like to know. I have a 2016 Z06 coupe. What's the difference between the GTX Side skirt and the Z06/Z07 OEM style side skirt? They look very similar.

Z06 OEM style side skirts are just like the factory side skirts same size and shape as OEM.
The GTX side skirt set is inspired on the factory Z06 skirts. However, the GTX has subtle differences making them smoother and sleeker versus the Z06's sharper design.
Also, the GTX side skirt set has a wide flange on the bottom to help secure them using the factory mounting points located underneath the rocker panels. The Z06 side skirts, just like the factory side skirts, they would mainly need to be pop riveted. Pics bellow:

GTX side skirts can bolt up using the Stingray's factory mounting points/bolts located underneath the rocker panel. For extra grip, they can also be pop riveted just like the Z06 side skirts [pop rivets included, drilling required]. But if you don't want to use pop rivets, you can use double sided tape can be used instead and it will hold up just as well.
