SOLD: Steve Ray custom painted engine parts
SOLD - Steve Ray painted these components, which were removed from my recently sold 2016 Z06. Will sell the entire set for a fraction of their original cost. Asking $1,800.00 for all components including the hood liner, which includes shipping to the lower 48 states.
The car has won every major award at the annual Free State Corvette Club show attended by 250+ Corvettes, including Best of Show, Best in Class, Chairman's Choice and Governor's Choice.
These Steve Ray custom painted pieces will give you an instant show winner!
The one piece has been slightly damaged (see photo) due to the factory caps tight fit, but once the custom cap is installed (see photo) it is no longer noticeable. The alternator cover cannot be permanently installed as I removed the attachment point to make it easier to install and remove during shows.
For someone who wants a custom engine bay on a budget, this is a bargain!

Does your car have a manual transmission? This makes a difference, because manual cars have one more filler cap than automatics. Also, what are the covers made of, stainless? If so, do the covers have perferations for letting heat out?

It was a manual transmission. The parts were manufactured by American Car Craft and are of the highest quality. Due to heat concerns, the alternator cover was only installed during car shows. Drove the car for 2+ years with the components installed without any heat issues.
