No Core No Problem! Billet Shifter Boxes are in stock. No need to send in your box or pay the core charge, simply install the shaft from your stock box into the Billet Box and it's ready to go in the car.
If your running any shifter that uses the factory shifter bushing you also want to add our upgraded shifter bushing to your order. Our new upgraded shifter bushings eliminates the rest of the slop between the shifter and
the box.

@TMODcustoms ,
I just pulled the shift box out of my z06 and am ready to send it in. I've read your comments about the 5% and 20% throws. Can you give me your opinion about what the trade-offs are in the experience between them over time? Is the shorter throw something worth learning and getting better at? My experience is spirited driving, but I'd like to get better at it. Thanks.

@WIKKID I'd recommend the 20% reduction version in your case, it's what I typically recommend unless you are particularly fond of the easiest movement possible. People who want the movement as easy as possible and people who want the shifter to remain similar to the factory shifter are the ones who prefer the 5% version.
The 20% version is not much harder to move thru the gears, but it is a noticeable difference as the 5% version is very easy to move. Typically short shifters are significantly harder to move but that's what I've tried to minimize with the 20% version. The throw is shorter between gears but I don't take it to the max like everyone else does, that's one of the big reasons people like the 20% version; it's got the shorter throw without being hard to move thru the gears. For most people who daily, track or however they drive their cars, the 20% version is right in the sweet spot.
If you have more questions feel free to fire them at me, I'm happy to help out with and answer anything I can.
If your ready to go shoot me an email and I'll write up an invoice for you.

Finally getting around to posting about the install. The parts are top quality. The install was straight-forward. I hadn't read up enough to know that I needed to adjust the position of the box so it took a little longer than it should have. After the first 100 miles or so the shifts have become very clear and low-effort. It feels like I hardly have to apply lateral pressure when climbing gears (maybe a tad from fourth to fifth) and while descending them isn't as "automatic," it's clearer than stock. Every shift feels solid. Fantastic upgrade. FWIW I used thread locker on the bolts and E6000 on the shoe (black plastic piece on the bottom of the box).
Note: my reverse switch went out two days later. I installed a reverse camera at the same time as the shifter since I was going to have the console apart anyway. Definitely an unlikely coincidence, but all is well now. If this happens to you, this video is a definitive guide to troubleshooting reverse light failure:
Thanks again for the product and for answering my questions Tom.
Doubleplusgood 👍👍
Nice and clean
Used E6000 to glue the foot on.
Very solid, weighty piece.
Thread locker so I hopefully don't have to adjust again for a while (a little goes a long way folks).
