Do not edit this post it may be needed for proof of description due to seller non compliance and having to file a PayPal dispute due to damaged goods.

Seller shipped a tire with a pinch break in the sidewall, cannot be used.

This is in addition to the plug/patch which was as described.

Pics of damage since PM wont attach pics and you won't reply to emails.

Pointing out pinch break
Outside of where damage is , looks like a sidewall bubble

Damn, fudge. Hopefully seller can reimburse for one tire. I've bought used tires off this site and no one offers to tell me manufacture date. Tires are 5 years old. Seller says he doesn't know how to read date codes and he buys and sells more parts than a salvage yard.

Sammy burks has tried to claim my shops tire machine damaged the tire. This is clearly proof that the tire was damaged prior. The shops machine does not even touch this point on the tire and it is right where the failure was.

Shame. Still making me do the PayPal claim and not refunding. No communication.

The tires were not inspected with a magnifying glass on every surface of every exterior and interior part of the tire so no, it was not noticed prior to install. How would anyone see that tiny slice on the inside of a dark tire?? Or the tiny curb rash mark that until installed proved to be a pinch break. We did notice your tire plug/patch on the other tire which was practically on the edge of the tire, i never would have bought them in the first place had I known the repair was that close to the sidewall.

I've never had issues buying things on the forum, just be a stand-up guy and admit these things were damaged and give me money back. Still waiting on PayPal to tell me to ship them back to you, no refund yet at this point.

According to my tire shop what they said probably happened is that you hit a curb or something and damaged the tire but it still held air. then in the process of your tire shop removing the tire it became damaged and you never noticed it.

Yes I would have noticed that much damage you have pointed out so should you & the shop be for they install the tire. The reason you or the shop never noticed the damage was there was no damage it did not happen till after your shop had tried to install the tire.

Wrong. If the shop had not marked it with chalk you would never notice.

Chances are these arent your tires as you basically run a salvage business, just step up to the plate and make this right. Send me the refund and ill ship you both tires with tracking posted right here.

Still looking for you to be an honorable seller and step up and do the right thing. I haven't made any posts on the forum or other groups but I will absolutely be honest about how poor of a seller you are.

How about this, I'm shipping the tires back tomorrow and would like you to refund me 50% of the damage Tire and 100% of the undamage tire so each of us is out $100 on that damage.

You take no blame, I take no blame, and we move on like this never happened.

Just received the tires back & I am att a picture of the tire that you said had the bobble There is no way that tire would hold air to get a bobble on it Looks like you & your tire shop needs the man up

It was a mistake to send the tires back to him. You bought something from Sammy Burks, so he now sees you as his enemy (trust me, I know). He knows it would be extremely unlikely to create a wound like that trying to mount a tire (especially a ZP), he knows he pulled that tire off a wrecked car, but he’s a salvage guy and like 95% of the people in that profession he does not feel 1 bit bad about screwing people over. When he screwed me, I couldn’t even get a response from him until I started posting negative stuff on every single one of his forum ads. Even then, I never got my money back.

You have a couple advantages:
1. You know his address and you know he runs a salvage operation out of his house that he does not pay taxes on.
2. He makes a lot of money from this forum and you can let every buyer know exactly what happened.

Either way, you need to realize this guy is not going to help you out. If you offered a deal where he gets to keep the tires but has to give you a 35 cent refund he’d tell you to shove it. This is war, you need to start acting like it.
