Hey guys... I've been busy trying to find boxes and ship the items. I don't spend all my time on the forums and I have been away for the weekend. I overwhelmed myself by selling this much stuff and trying to get it shipped out at a reasonable time before mothers day weekend. I was able to get everything out except for a couple that have been custom boxed today and shipped out.

I spoke with the seller on the phone May 8th, and bought and paid for the Tony Mamo Throttle Body via PayPal as he instructed on the 8th of this month (9 days ago) but have not yet received it, along with the tow hook, jacking pucks, bin buddy, and sun shade all purchased at the same time, as the seller states he is looking for a box to put everything in.

Can anyone tell me if they received my parts that I paid for back on May 8th please?

Seller states he was working three 14 hour days this week. Man that's a heck of a lot of hours. I feel for him, no big deal if he hasn't had time to find a box big enough for everything, but since I have not been able to reach him this week, and I saw this post from another member asking to buy the throttle body, I thought I would ask everybody if anyone received my parts?

Thanks everybody, and thanks to the seller if he just hasn't had time to find the box just yet.

Once again, no big deal on the wait, just hope he gets the parts shipped this week as promised.

I only bid the Mamo because the OP stated in an earlier thread that he was deleting sale items as they were sold off, and the Mamo was still listed.

I can't remember (and am too lazy to read through the 3 pages), but I think at least two other buyers through this thread have posted that they've received their merch in good condition, so I wouldn't sweat it yet. The OP might be a little slow by "our" day-to-day forum-monitoring standards, but he seems up and up, or I wouldn't have bid.

Well what a nightmare this guy has become.

I had to file a Fraud Report with PayPal today.

He has repeatedly told me he was shipping what he was paid for 3 separate times, sending me excuse after excuse, telling me his wife took it to work to ship it, sending me bogus shipping labels from a business where he states a friend works, bogus excuse after excuse.

Deadbeat seller.

After numerous emails, numerous texts, numerous calls, numerous call dodging, I received some items. Still have not received the Partition I paid him for right about 2 months ago.

Paid him 2 separate times again, paid in full for the Partition, even paid the PayPal fees... and again, numerous texts, numerous calls, numerous emails, numerous call dodging, he even changes hi email, more call dodging, excuse after excuse stating working long hours, going out of town on business, stating going to a family reunion..
he sends sporadic texts with excuse after excuse after being paid twice for the Partition.

He then wants me to drive from Houston Texas to Tulsa Oklahoma to pick it up because he renigs on shipping it eventhough he clearly states $120 Shipped.

So Corvette Forum brothers, did one of you get my Partition that I paid him for 2 times?

I'm guessing if you did, it's probably unlikely you'd get it to me with me refunding your money.... But more importantly did he sell it to more than one person?

Selling it to more than one person is more the point here.

PayPal filed the Fraud Report and locked his account. Please let me know who received the Partition that I paid him for twice. No harm or worries if you received it.

Thanks to all. We all need to look out for each other on these types of Deadbeat Sellers.

After being a member here on The Corvette Forum getting close to 20 years and enjoying the friendship, brotherhood and camaraderie of this close nit community, I finally ended up running across the Turd in the Punch Bowl. I need your help guys.

This Deadbeat Seller still has my money I paid him for it. He still dodges phone calls to him. His work said he skipped out on them with no notice, leaving the hanging, and dodging their calls too.

I'd hate to call him a scumbag scammer until I know his circumstances, especially after his work said he skipped out on them and left them hanging and skipped town on them. They said he's dodging their calls and attempts to find him too.

Hope he is Ok, and that he can convince PayPal he's not a fraud and unlock his account someday, but that's a difficult one since he has my money and my partition.

Anyone know Aaron Vogt?
