When I couldn't get an exposed CF roof, I ended up having my roof painted Carbon Flash with Arctic white trim. I love it, matches all trim! Don't have to be concerned with blotching, discoloring, and pealing some have experienced with their exposed CF roofs. Dealer charged me $600. Good luck whatever you do!

Did something similar but had the sides painted on my transparent top instead. This way you have a little bit of the look of a CF top but the luxury of having the additional headroom of a transparent top.
