Off a 16 Model year I believe? Unsure - Is there a way to tell?. Stock pulley.
I have no idea about the raised lid thing - it's off a C7Z if that helps.

It appears his original description above DOES NOT include the needed parts to make this work on an LT1. You would need the LT4 HPFP and LT4 Injectors at a minimum, not to mention the crank pulley, idlers and such to turn the supercharger pulley. It is important to note the exact year model, as the 2017+ LT4 superchargers had upgraded intercooler bricks (taller) thus the taller supercharger lid which makes them more desirable The 2015 and 2017 SCs had smaller intercooler bricks which made them more susceptible to heat soak.

No - That would be priced a good bit higher. This is for the blower headunit, Throttle body, and blower pulley (stock size).
This is partially correct. LT4 pump+injectors are not required (though they are HIGHLY recommended) - as you can purchase a large pulley in a conversion kit to keep boost at lower levels and make 550-575whp which is safe for the stock LT1 fuel system.
