I took these off because my car also has an A&A supercharger pushing through Kooks headers and catless xpipe, so was very loud. I do some 8-9 hour road trips and it was a bit much for me, even w/o the drone. If they were on a stock system, or maybe even w/o the extra compression of a supercharger, I would have left them on because they sound great and look awesome with those huge tips.
I have this exhaust with an A&A supercharger and I don't think its loud at all. With headers and xpipe, I guess it could be but if you don't plan on headers or xpipe this exhaust is perfect. I actually thought it wasn't loud enough, I may do an xpipe later.
Yes, all c7 exhaust the same, other than NPP option and AFM valves. Your Z doesn't have the AFM valves, so you would be better off getting the Corsa version with axle pipes attached, though they cost more.
