Do you have all colors available? I have the tension blue interior. Was going to buy the seat backs from Trunk Monkey for $1,900 but if there are cheaper options, I'm open.

no this is the only kit we have. Got full, like new comp skins from John Carravagio and got the rest of the parts from our GM supplier. Trunk monkeys kit is for seat backs only
this is both FULL skins

I need entire seats, not a conversion that requires a core.

I think the best way just have to be patient wait till someone has a set of competition seats for sale on here or EBay. You remove your stock one and drop in the competition seats. That is my plan when I buy a set of competition seats. Most likely they will be almost brand new if someone does not like them. There is a black set on EBay but they have yellow stitching in the black. Also too much asking price.

You're not going to find complete competition seats for less than that. It's hard enough to find them at all.

Many of us have done the seat back conversion to competition seats and there are threads that shows DIY. If you have any reasonable mechanical or handyman skills you should be able to do but does take patience. Most people on the forum who have ever wanted competition seats and was waiting on a pair to become for sale will tell you that it VERY RARE and More RARE that you will find a set for sale in a specific color.

There is a Longgggggggggg Line of people searching for Competition Seats and I was one of them and realized that it was very small odds of finding them and even shipping cost adds tremendously to a full set that drops in.

The few times they have become available have been black and maybe a red but again not likely or rare you will find a set for sale. There have been quite a few scam seats posted because everyone wants them and peopled have gotten scammed.

Most of us that have competition seats, we did the DIY conversion of the Seat Backs ourselves as I did below. Out of curiosity, what do you think or looking to spend on turnkey drop right in Competition Seats?

If you do a word search of "Competition Seats" in the for sale section you will find 98% of the post are people looking to buy or trade for competition seats and not people selling.

Good Luck Trying to Find!

The seat back conversion is a no brainer and it doesn’t require a core. Having the competition seat backs with the GT bottoms are the best of both worlds in my opinion. The competition bottoms are uncomfortable to most.

It did the back conversion. Takes about 2 hours per.

It doesn't help someone who wants to install a set in a car that's not a C7. A C5 or C6 owner isn't going to have donor seats...

I agree on your statement here on all. I also did my seat back to the comp seat about the same time frame on the work not bad at all. Robert

I think the assumption is that since this is a C7 Parts for Sale or Wanted Thread that the request is for a C7 but of course there's always that exception!
