yeah basically... it's what comes with a cam kit package TSP sells and includes the rocker trunion upgrade as well (which is an add-on to the cam kit package).
IIRC the cam kit package is like $1150ish shipped from TSP and then the trunion upgrade is $115 on top of that (so about $1265 or so total with a cam, or approx $865 without). This would be without the camshaft
