I would ask Tony Mamo at Mamo Motorsports, great guy, fantastic machinist, he'll have answers about his products. I don't know and make no representations about that.
He states that he buys new original GM parts for this and you keep your original throttle body in case you ever want to put it back on your car, it's a very easy quick 10 minute task if you ever want to re-install it.
Certainly a very nice improvement in drivability to get rid of the lag the stock throttle body has.

Tony sells one for a LT4, and a different one for a LT1 in a Stingray, Z51, and Grand Sport.
This is for a Z06 - LT4 supercharged engine.

He states the Z06 one is ported a bit more aggressively.
He says this one can be used on the LT1 if the car is going to be tuned, otherwise it may throw a check engine light when used on the LT1 without tuning it.
