Good morning Chipster, question please...
When lit up, do these appear to be one solid strip of light from one end to the other, or do they look like individual LEDs very close to each other from end to end?
As just a crude example, you may remember how when the Dodge Charger came out just a little while back with taillights all the way across the rear of the car, the 1st version had LEDs next to each other all the way across, then the next version was a solid light, sort if like a solid strip of neon from one side of the car all the way to the other. Crude example, but I think you know what I mean.
With these new side marker lights, do they look like one solid strip of "neon"...
or do they look like individual LEDs very close to each other from one end of the side marker to the other?
Apparently each of the vendors advertising these are receiving this same new item around the same time at the end of this month or early next month. It is doubtful there is more than one manufacturer, but service from the different vendors is the difference, before the sale with questions, as well as after the sale when the occasional problem comes up.
Keep up the good work Chip!

Good morning Chip,
I've been waiting on you to place my order waiting on your reply to the question l asked of you a few times... you stated you'd get pics to confirm...
Are they going to look like a solid line of light, kind of how it would look if it was a solid neon light, or look like a solid lazer of light from end to end.
Please post the pics you said you would to confirm the question.
Thank you Chip.

Chip,
Can you take pics of the ones you are holding in your hand in the photo above that is in this thread please? Just some pics with them lit up, LEDs turned on. They don't have to be close up pics, a few feet away would be better to see if they are going to look like one solid strip of light, or if they look like individual LEDs when turned on.

No worries, I pulled a set for you
I just got the car back from the shop late Saturday (was suppose to be
Friday, but the stripe guy flaked)
They appear as above
But
They are very hard to photograph because when you do, they appear like this
because for the reflectors behind them
Visually, they appear like the first picture

Thank you for the pics Chip.
So from a few feet away, or even in the 2nd pic you just posted, do they appear as one strip of light, where the individual LEDs sort of disappear, and appear as one solid strip of light?
Or from just a couple feet away do they still appear to look like individual LEDs when turned on?

Installed mine today, had a little issue with passenger side rear electrical connector locking in, but flipped it and finally got it to latch. These do not have the grooved electrical connection like stock so they can latch either way and still function. They sit completely flush and look great. Pics below, I know they are not great pics, but they are pics.

I finally installed my clear side marker lights today on my blade silver car. They fit well although the front ones slide up and down a tiny bit. They blend in with the color of the car much better then the stock ones did. They are barely noticeable in daylight now which is what I wanted.
Wow are they bright! Anyone else feel like they are turning the lights on in their Peterbilt?
