Default LG Motorsports baseline Z51 M7 dyno

Baseline of our new shop 2014 Z51 Stingray.

31 miles on the clock when she went on the dyno, no changes and all runs made at full operating temp in track mode.

Sorry I didn't get it posted up sooner, been going full speed on new parts. More dynos coming soon!

What parts do you have planned? Target HP/TQ for each?
What kind of dyno do you guys use?

thanks for sharing!

That is on a DynoJet 248C using SAE corrections.

Headers are first....already have wheels for the car and will have pictures up here shortly.

Look for shocks, coil overs, sway bars, camshaft upgrades, heads, cold air intake.....many many new parts in testing.

High flow cat (or cat delete race pipe) that keeps CEL from coming on would be nice
Intake ands heads also sound good...

Hi guys,

We were trying to get the first set of headers built and on the car and on the dyno today but it looks like tomorrow. the first headers will be the 1 3/4 Super Pro Long Tubes. These will give great power and torque for all but the high modified cars.

We should have our prototype 1 7/8 version by next week as well.

We are working with Koni and Bilstein for our fist shock packages. Koni and Bilstein have a street upgrade. Koni will be adjustable and both are built for the standard Leaf Spring.

We have cylinder heads being ported as we speak. Plus we have our first 2 Cam versions on the way. Stay tuned for these results.

Wheels are in and looking good. Direct fit for either stock tires or +1 size.

Of course, our Sway bars will be on the way as well.

We also have the tooling completed for our Front Splitter and Side Rockers, very similar to the ZR1 style parts.

Next in carbon we have plenty of engine covers and cold air parts in the works.

the car looks good and it should run as well as it looks!

thanks

How are you guys planning on handling the new upper shock mount for coilover applications? Curious what you come up with.

We are already working with Koni and Bilstein plus AST Shock companies to deal with that.

It really is not much of an issue, just needs a new design for the top. I really like the new mounts.

Thanks

31 miles and you are running it on a dyno? That certainly can't be good for it.

Wouldn't more mileage on the engine make more horsepower as a baseline?

Comes down to break-in philosophy...

The results are the same across the board thus far, regardless of miles. (410-415whp/tq)
