So these heads, which are already for sale, were designed only on a flow bench with no performance data from a running engine taken into consideration?

Ok, Say you buy a set of heads and send them to be ported by X head porter. Does he test them on a running engine before he sends them back to you? No, he doesnt. He ports them using his knowledge of airflow and cylinder heads using his flow bench and sends them back to you.

We will be testing SEVERAL different cam designs with our different stage cylinder heads to get real world results to come up with the best combinations. We have several different types of customers that want two completely different results when it comes to heads/cam packages. We also have to test our systems so we know which setup to recommend to each individual customer. For more information or questions please email

Sure, but this engine has a significantly different head design due to the reversed valve positions and high swirl of the stock system. It's not an SBC or an LS1.

This isn't the first head to have a valve layout like this. Have you seen inside the ports? They are nothing special or out of the ordinary.
