Default Edelbrock supercharger

Has anyone put the Edelbrock supercharger on their C7 or is it not out yet? Also which would be better the turbo or the supercharger?

It was at PRI as well, it was a very complimentary unit. You're comparing apples to oranges though. The PD blower will build a lot of torque down low and make for a very peppy fun car and are generally designed to keep a very OEM look and very easy install. Centris and Turbo cars will build more torque up top with a more linear power band and driving feel. The new centri kits are now looking very OEM and right at home too. There are a few TT kits out there but only available for in house installs so far. Let me know if I can be of any help on this!

You are local to us. We are installing an A&A supercharger kit on a C7 right now if you want to stop by and check it out.

We are on pins and needles waiting for them. The possibilities will be pretty insane with this setup!

Can't wait to see the Edelbrock setup on a car. I've had enough of these rigged DIY kits

As much as I like centris (Ive built a couple 8 and 9 second LS powered streetable procharged F-bodies) nothing surprised me as much as bolting a Roush/2.3 TVS blower onto an '11 mustang 5.0 GT auto. With nothing but a pair of 18" drag radials on stock wheels and a slightly tweaked mail order tune it went from 12.30s in the 1/4 to 10.70s @ 132. No torque converter or gear swap and thats at 4000lbs.

So I may try an edelbrock, if they have them available before I sell the C7 anyhow

Ya, it's not hard to get 600whp out of a Coyote 5.0. They are very strong cars when boosted.

The Boss is forged and people run 700whp on the street in those. They will run 9's all day long with sticky tires.

A TVS 2300 in a Stingray at 550whp will put you well into the 10's with sticky rubber.
