At the moment, we don't have any specific installation information from any of the current vendors on their bar installation processes.
Once we do, and/or there are more bars on the market, I will be happy to add this information for you along with panel dis-assembly instructions.

Any info on how hard it is or what's involved in changing the plenum cover?

It's not hard at all. The thermal pad on top of the intake manifold does require the intake manifold to come out, though (if you don't want to damage it).
I will put up a guide on the manifold removal and perhaps the throttle body since those are becoming more popular.
Keep an eye out for the intake manifold guide, as it will have the prerequisites of plenum removal.

how about a DIY for brake caliper removal and reapplication with parts necessary to perform. I am going to have my calipers powdercoated and had done the same on my C6 and there was a great step by step with pictures posted in the C6 section. Thanks in advance, Andrew
