Default 534rwhp M7 Z51

Hey Guys, been really busy here almost no time to get on the forums and non-stop product development and tuning.

https://www.corvetteforum.com/forums...corvettes.html

So, after an issue getting the right CAI shipped to me and a tuning trip up in PA I finally got the car back on the dyno. The baseline pull (#13) with the modified stock air box, Fasterproms ported intake manifold and throttle body, custom camshaft and American Racing headers was 519rwhp/485rwtq in 85 degree air SAE correction on the same dyno I have been using.

We selected a cam that would be much like the "executive camshaft" - Best driveability, no loss in power anywhere, ultra smooth low rpm behavior. We would suggest this camshaft without any hesitation as the perfect stage 1 cam that is certainly up to the task for daily driving. My wife drives the car more than I do. She believes that the driveability is better in this car than the 231/247 114 +4 that I had in my C6 Z06. Direct injection does seem to swallow a more aggressive camshaft with ease. With the exhaust closed, the car has a nice mild lope with a slight shake at 750 rpm idle.

The car is 2014 M7 Z51

Run #11 is stock modified air box ported intake manifold and throttle body American Racing headers fasterproms custom tune and e85
Run #13 is all of the above plus DOD delete and custom camshaft
Run #15 and #16 are all of the above and the addition of the AFE CAI within 30 minutes of run #13

Nice job Jeremy. I have to catch up with you at Brandenton later this fall. Looking at headers and tune again.

AFE for the win! These numbers look amazing! My ARH come in soon, and I plan on installing the flex fuel sensors shortly there after.

oh, and when you get a chance, can you share what you did in the fender to help airflow? Thanks!
