I have a wet sump, so probably need one. Ill get one in a month or so. Im entered in a WannaGoFast airport event on November 14th so i'd like to get it in before that. Hoping the meth will help in keeping the valves clean as well.

Just finished my alky kit install. I cannot thank you enough for this post. It was very helpful! Tested and all working. Taking my car to get tuned on Friday, maybe sooner if I can squeeze it in!

Hey Anthony,

Looked around and I'm not finding any options for a wideband or boost gauge. Can you post a pic of where you drilled to accommodate your boost gauge? If no pic, a few words?

I drilled in the left sidewall toward the back and below the usb. Had to be a decent sized hole for that rj45 connector to fit through. I didnt use any type of backplate so i should be able to get a pic on mine in the morning. It was a bit scary drilling as i wasnt 100% sure it would come out where i thought it would but thankfully it did and i didnt hit anything i shouldnt have

I dont have a pic, but I drilled behind where my boost gauge is, just a little higher than center point of the boost gauge. It was at an angle since the back upper wall is sloped.

Thanks to both of you for they reply. Was there any problem fishing or reaching the back of the box under the dash?

The dash/radio area must be completely disassembled unfortunately. Took me a few hours to just get it all pulled apart, the wires/hoses run, and put back together.

I only removed the part of the dash below the steering wheel. I was literally laying upside down looking and reaching into the box at the same time. I was 99% sure i could see where the hole was going to come out if i drilled and thankfully i was right! I just used a long drill bit and drilled at an angle into the side wall. No way i would have spent to time to tear the dash all apart for something i rarely plan to use.

I used the supplied velcro and mounted the box up against the hole so you cant see it when installed. Im guessing this saved me several hours over removing the dash/stereo. Obviously dont drill as deep as you can, but from what i could see and feel there werent any wire harnesses or anything nearby

I agree! Its kinda hard to explain that location by just typing. To get that hole drilled i started with a 1/4" bit and worked up to a 3/4"

I assume you're going with two 10gph? Brings your total up to 20ghp for a 650whp which is more than enough?!?!

Actually the alky kit ships with a 15gph and the upgrade comes with a 10gph so Julio said i'll have 25gph total.

Because I am going wth a smaller pulley. I ordered the 3.6 and the 3.47 pulley from A&A yesterday. We are gonna try the 3.47 with the dual meth and see how it fares, and if its too much boost them we can swap it to the 3.6 real quick since I will have both with me.

Got my additional meth nozzle parts in yesterday. Tomorrow I'll call Julio to get some additional details to make sure my additional steps are correct. Stay tuned..

Be sure to ZIP tie all your boost lines to the MAP sensor so they don't blow off under boost!!!!
