Default Replacing belt tensioner and belt - how to by ThatCuteGinger

It's been a while since I could catch my daughter with enough free time, but she finally got the tensioner replaced with me. Haven't seen a single how-to on the interwebs/forums, probably because most are still under warranty when they go bad. In my case, it didn't start making noise until around 54,000 miles and it was a whining sound, very much like what a car with a bad power steering pump would make, but increasing with throttle whether under load or not. There is an embedded video of the sound it was making in the main video, but it only shows from a PC, not mobile device for whatever reason, so I'll post the video of the sound it's making as well. Hope this helps someone down the line! Take care everyone!
