So, aside from the extra .8" tread on the ground with the 19", you get closer to OEM gearing. Since the sidewall is the same, I'd focus more on what you're driving style is intended for.
Street car - some roll racing. Getting on freeways. Trips to ATCO/Englishtown maybe 5-10 times a year. Sunday cruises with some corners and nice roads. Id prefer the all 19's set up with the 325 I'm just scared as you mentioned in the pm if the subframe is not aligned perfectly it could rub.

In that case i'd rather be 100% sure of fitment and do 19/20 with 11 inch rim in the back and the 315 tire. Whatever u suggest ill go with. At least I now know the rim i want. That was a battle in itself. Now just the sizes and im good 2 go

If you change your mind on the style I have 20's wrapped in 315's for sale. LOL.

With spending this much money, I would suggest getting EXACTLY what you want and putting thought into where your build is now and where it may be in the future though. Ben has obviously posted up a lot of good advice and is willing to help. He's ordered and run so many combinations now he's gotten the feedback (good and bad) for all.

When I switched to 315/30/18F 325/30/19R combo (NT01), it was OK at the street, but it did rub with the stock suspension at the track, possibly due to much-increased traction and sway bars/springs not being up to the task. Since then, I switched to LG G2 coilovers + their sway bars + aggressive alignnment, and despite lower riding height, there is no longer any rubbing.
I was wondering if the wheels rubbed on the inner side wheel well or outside lip? I plan to do a 325/30/19.

^^^ I should've mentioned: they did rub on the fender, but it was slight enough that it did not brake the fiber glass fenders. Later on, I've also trimmed the fender lips for peace of mind.

^^^ Thank you. I have 19x11 76mm offset I planned to put a 325/30/19 on. However if you rubbed with 83mm an dim doing a 76mm. I will be 7mm
outward which I will get even worse rubbing on the quarter panel than you did. Maybe ill have to get some more course sandpaper. Ahaha
