I don't know what the issue at the stoplight is, but my Z51 was hesitating when I gave it little throttle.
Therefore I ported my TB and the problem is gone.
She also idles much more stable and a tiny bit higher, the meter looks like nailed.

There is a way but you're not going to like it.
You can raise the idle speed by slightly changing the throttle position at idle. Since we're electronic throttle control, you could do some electronical fuzting to keep the throttle slightly more open when the car demands it closed. Or, you could do a completely mechanical option: drill a hole or two in the throttle blade.
Both of these options are bad ideas and you should not do them.
