Default Katech CNC porting to your LT1 heads. Killer pricing.

We are now offering CNC porting of LT1 heads as a service if you send in yours. We've also come up with an extremely competitive price on this. Just send in your bare, clean heads and we'll CNC port them for only $499. If you would like us to disassemble, wash and assemble to either stock spec or Katech package specs, just add those items to your cart. Turnaround time is expected to be just a few days but could vary based on shop load.

To order, use the link below:

Do you have any lower lift before and after flowbench numbers? I found these, but my cam spends no time at .700, so curious what the gains were like around .300

"New Katech CNC ported LT1 cylinder heads flow 332cfm on the intake and 239cfm on the exhaust compared to the stock 295cfm intake and 221cfm exhaust at .700 lift."

Do you have a similar program for the LT4 heads?

I wouldn't get too fixated on flow numbers as they do not equate directly to horsepower. The LT1 OEM intake port is pretty decent up to .600 lift where it hits a brick wall. Ours continue to flow up to .700+. The exhaust port has more to gain and starts to pull away from the OEM exhaust port a lot in the mid range .300 lift all the way to .700+.

Yes, we run the same program on the LT4.
