Tune/dealer ???
Ok taking our 16Stingray for an oil change tomorrow morning, I have the Diablo sport 93 Octane tune loaded, should I put the stock tune back in the car before going?

Why don't you change your own oil? If you don't have time or a place to do it yourself you really should consider someone other than a dealer.
I have had a 66% success ratio getting my 3 "free" changes done. The first was good because I watched, the second I got lucky, and the third they gave me an overfilled tank!
Answering your question, no. Not if all you're getting is an oil change. Good luck!
EDIT: On second thought. Maybe you should pull the tune if any recalls or updates are required.

yes, you want to make sure that you restore original backup stock tune to the vehicle first before going to a dealer for anything...
