Default NGK plugs...1,200 miles

I just put ngk 6510's in my car 1,200 miles ago and the tips are looking pretty black already is this normal for higher hp c7's? my car is at 815whp 14lbs of boost. I also remember someone saying to maybe go with the brisk plugs that are 2 steps colder at this level???

those don't look too bad. Yes, you can go with Brisks.

I would do the brisk in one step colder to start with. Just wouldn't want to go to cold. Those don't look to bad like ANT has said but your car may be running to rich down low. At your 815 rwhp if you keep your foot out of it what is your MPG per say in town driving.

The NGK 6510's that he has actually are 1 step colder already. You can tell the car is running a pinch rich, but my plugs look similar and I'm at 830hp..

Default NGK plugs

You can see mine for reference.
These plugs are 8,000 miles old and had to be replaced.
