Default H/C SBE. 587/519rw. Not a Vette but still an LT1

Here is what my A8 16' Camaro just put down. Not a Vette but all this stuff translates over the Vette's. I ran out of mph on the dyno so the run was cut short. My mods are:

My ported heads/MSD/TB
My custom cam kit 220's/230's
Kooks 2" headers w/ cats
Roto-fab CAI
Circle D 4C
E85

Thank you Sir. I am going to make some tweaks and shoot for 600+rw. Most of my H/C LS7's make 620-635rw. So not sure I am going to catch up to that.

Head over to my FB page @prayperformance and there are a couple there. The Garnet car is mine and has my STG 3 cam. There are two vids of that. One is a bit longer and goes through exhaust options. There is also a vid of a blue car that has my STG 1 cam.

You of all people Chris know that I can build a motor. LOL.

Pretty stout for a 6.2L NA.

I'm a fan of PRAY's work for sure. Had his stuff for my 2017 Camaro SS. And now I've ordered the same and more for my 2015 C7 Z51. Can't wait to get it on the car.

I don't do Facebook but I'll take your word as I do indeed know you build bad *** motors.

I am considering a heads, cam, and msd mod. Would you please comment on the impact your mods had on fuel economy and drivability? Thanks

I haven't been back on pump gas since I did the cam but my E85 gas mileage has stayed about the same. The car also drives extremely well for what it is. In the A8 you spend a lot of time down around the 1K rpm area and at really low speeds there is a little tugging depending on the transmission situation but your are back into idle strategies at that point so it makes since. You will lose a little off idle tq but you can make that feeling back with tuning.

It's more like this. These are the gains I have seen with the below over and over on the dyno.

E85 = 25rw
Ported MSD/TB = 15-20rw over stock but only 5-10rw over my ported stocker.
Heads = 28rw over the last 5 sets or so.

Cam was worth 75/23rw

The heads have been doing really great on the stock cam and my cams.
