Sounds like you did all of the right stuff in preparation for adding a big azz blower into the mix.
Let us know what the root cause is when you find out, if you have time to post it back.

Good luck again getting her back on the road quickly.
I think a lot of us that can't get our hands on one of these currently are very interested in your continued testing.

Default Magnuson 2650 in my hands!


We determined the crack in the sleeve happened when we were tuning and the parameters to activate the dsx pump was set to low to come on. We thought it was fine. Because after we activated the pump the car made 783, 786 and 791whp on 91 octane. But the damage was already done. I had drove the car for another 1000 miles before I saw this puff of white smoke. Opened up the engine everything is fine and the block wasn't crack. Just the sleeve. Here's the bearing from #2 the cracked sleeve.
