Default ET Street R Fitment

Is anyone running the 18" Mickey Thompson ET Street R tire?

They come in 2 sizes, 305/45R18 and 325/35R18.

The skinnier tire is 29" diameter and will definitely fit in the fender width wise, but might rub the carpet potentially because its very tall.

The wider 325 tire has great rolling diameter at 27" (close to stock), but I'm not sure if the wide tire on a 10.5" wheel will bulge out too much and make contact with the fender lips.

Anyone have any experience with this tire in either size or know if either one will fit the Z51 Stingray? Lowered or at stock height?

The ET Street R in 305/45/18 does not fit. It rubs the front and rear wheel well liners, and the screw digs into the tires chewing them up majorly, I destroyed a rear set of these tires in 10 miles of driving due to that. Had to go to the street ET SS in a 285/40/18, other option is 305/35/18 but you get more side wall with the 285/40

The S/S in 285/40R18 is exactly what I'm using right now. I'm just trying to see if moving up to the Street R is do-able for this year. The 325/35R18 seems to be the closest to fitting, but I'm curious if anyone has ran that tire and was able to do it without issues.

I had 345/35/18’s on 18x10.5 aftermarket wheels mounted on my car before I sold them. The offset wasn’t bad (stuck out 1/2”) but didn’t touch anything inside .... the height zero issues.

Damn! Can't believe those fit without rubbing. You had to leave it at stock height I'm assuming? And didn't have to cut the carpet at all in the rear? Thats some serious tire to fit under the Stingray.
