C7 track day window wind deflectors
Howdy!
My 2017 GS 2LT on the track with the windows down cannot exceed 145 before the end of the CoTA back straight. This is due to the increased wind resistance (drag) from the requirement to keep both windows down.
It seems there must be some after-market widget that can be safely fitted to the front of the window to deflect the air around the window opening, thereby reducing drag?
My searches for "wind deflector" all hit upon the front wheel well or splitter. I suspect my google-fu is not as good as others, since I cannot find anything?
Or is this just a fact-of-life thing?

Time trial guys make little plastic buldging triangles that go in the front corneer of the door where it meets the a pillar that will push air out and around the open windows. I'll see if I can find some pictures.
