Anyone have instructions for changing manual trans and rear end fluids in a c7?

What fluids do you use and how much do I need?

Both have fill and drain plugs so you will need a pump to fill. Tranny takes 4 qts, diff takes 3. I use Redline D4 ATF in the tranny (M7) and Redline 72W-90 GL-5 in the diff. Plenty of threads on this topic so search for more in depth discussions.
