Default Best way to 720 RWHP

Hi All - I am looking for some guidance on the best build to achieve a streetable 720rwhp on my 2019 Z06. I have a good idea of some great performance shops I can use but I do know that there are sometimes multiple ways to get to the same result. The car will likely see some track time but the main focus is fun on the street. Much more concerned with acceleration than top speed and of course I want to properly
manage heat and want the build to be ultra reliable. Thanks for any advice!

I was going to say if you were around Missouri, my buddies at CBIStreetcars do great work. To get 720rwhp with the stock blower you'd probably need to port it, good pd blower cam, upper/lower pullies, meth, e85, and 2" Headers.

Thanks for the reply. I would love to keep the car on 93 pump gas. I am not familiar with how meth systems work or how to refuel meth (or even if you do refuel meth).

Our 800 package will put down 720 hp on 93 and meth no problem.

Halltech TRIC, ported TB, e-85, upper/lower pulley min 15% OD, Headers and X pipe. Should get you very close depending on the Tune. Would also want to do an expansion tank and catch can. If 720 is your minimum you could add heads/cam/low side fuel, but there is also a jump in price.

Some would also say that you could do same intake, 2300TVS Maggie with IW 9% OD pulley, E-85, headers/x pipe. Adding expansion tank and catch can will make it more consistent and reliable.

There are so many different ways to get to your goal. You could over build the lights out of the car, and make 700. Porting anything other than the TB would be the last things that I would do. I made 661 without E, meth, porting, or cam. For my first round of modifications I was plenty happy. Next round(this winter) we are going bigger though. Most of the shops all have common themes with them. I look at what weapon X, LMR, Cordes, and Vengeance Racing have in their different packages. They will all shake out similar horsepower, and you can see similarities in their build steps to get there.

Good luck and have fun.

Let me add that if at all possible, I would prefer NOT to use meth or E85. I like the idea of just filling up the tank per usual and not worrying about any form of alternative fuel. Just pump has.

Meth injection and E85 is not nearly as scary as some make it out to be. I did Meth , E85 , Halltech CAI and lower pulleys with no engine or exhaust mods and landed at 671 RWHP 694 TQ on my 2018 Z Auto. For reference. Car runs on pump gas or 85. ECU auto calibrates so you can run on premium pump gas(less power) or E85 . Meth gets filled in the washer fluid tank so you do lose your squirter but who cares about that. Just fill it every so often depending on how hard you drive. Let’s you know when it’s low. LED lights up so you can see when it’s working . Very safe system if installed and used correctly. This is actually probably the best bang for your buck moneywise to start. Then go from there and decide if you want to modify the engine and exhaust Because that’s where you will have to go. Personally I don’t like a loud annoying exhaust or a loud thumping cam screaming in my ear all day. But you have to pick and choose your battles when it comes to horsepower. Good luck and congrats on the Z!

Why 720hp? Seems like a random number.
