I know that for Z51, the front wheels need a spacer to clear the calipers. 19" wheels should easily clear (and all aftermarket ones do), but the OEM Z51 wheels were not designed for larger calipers. Other than that (and once you solve the wheel problem), it should all work out.

I just bought a full set of ‘16 Z06 iron brakes for my ‘14 base convertible. I did a lot of research first. I haven’t installed them yet but many on here have. They do, by my research, bolt right up; however you’ll need new wheels. I didn’d researched the spacers option on Z51 wheels because I wanted to upgrade my base wheels to a stronger 19/20 set anyway.
