Remove deep tarnish from chrome aluminum wheels?

what's the best way to remove/repair tarnish from chrome aluminum wheels - these are two year old Z06 chrome finish wheels that have a couple of tarnish spots on on one wheel.

i use a product called Collonite Metal Wax. It's more common in the marine industry, but works great on removing stains from metal.
