Default Gear shift when cold

I have a 2015 Stingray Z51 7-speed manual as a daily driver. When the temps get down to freezing or lower, I'm not able to get the car to go into gear (any gears) until it warms up for quite some time (last night it was about 20 minutes). Has anyone else experienced this?

Does it feel fine when the engine is off? If so it may be related to the clutch hydraulics.
