Default Clutch for 800 whp?

Hey guys, getting ready to build my motor. I’m changing to a Ti blower from my Si and adding a cam etc. The shop that is going to do the build wanted to use a McLeod twin disc, I had one on my old supercharged FRC and it was a workout. Spoke to the resident expert (Fyreant) and he recommended the Mantic for easy pedal feel and overal great clutch. I spoke to A&A and they recommended a centerforce dyad so it’s getting confusing. I mainly want the pedal feel to be close to oem, I get that it won’t be identical but I don’t want it super hard. Anyway I’d appreciate some info and stories on what you guys might have that you like.

Pedal feel/engagement been happy wiht CF.
Stick to one builder/recommendations too easy to get consfused. Clutch/FW combos that chatter and are like an on/off switch are super annoying.
At a point you may have ot compromise thats a chitpot of power
