Want to add under-hood emblem
I want to install a C7 emblem in the OEM-provided space under the hood of my 2016 Stingray. In talking with the manufacturer of the emblem, they suggest that I wait for the temp to be above 65 degrees for a couple of days for the backing adhesive to properly set up - which might be awhile here in northern VA.
In the meantime, I was looking for a tool to use to pop out the liner-retainer pins around the edge of the hood, so as to minimize damage to the existing pins as well as prevent damage to the liner itself.
Any suggestions as to the specific tool to use? Also, any tips from anyone who has added such an emblem to their hood would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks in advance.
