Default Z06 heat exchanger retrofit

I am installing a afco Z06 heat exchanger into my C7 to be used with my intercooled intake manifold. Can someone explain how the system flows on the Z? With specific reference to the four outlets on the heat exchanger?

Pump connects to the lower port and pushes fluid to the SC. Once the fluid exits the SC it goes into the top port on the HX. The other side of the HX has two hoses and both go the expansion tank.

Thanks for the feedback. So for my purposes maybe I should connect the ports on the passenger side effectively creating a dual pass setup?

That's what I would do and have been thinking about dong for some time now. If I had the room to route big enough hoses to the trunk id even connect an ice box on that side.

I just ran hoses to the trunk. I was able to run two 3/4" hoses into the trunk without having to cut or drill into the car

Did you run them through the firewall or down one of the rocker panels?

Through the rocker. There is a vent located behind the speaker in the trunk. I ran the hoses through there. This allows them to tuck behind the fender liner with smooth bends.

I have a solution that would work well. Our heat exchanger I can setup with a loop to make it easily dual pass in your type system. It's what we do on our A2w setup. My hx also has swappable fittings so you can do any size up to 16 an with no welding. Than our trunk tank is a design that allows you to keep the targa in place too. If you have any questions let me know.
