Hennessy mod OBDII problem

Hennessy mod OBDII problem
I have an HP650 package on my ‘14 C7. I went to get the car smogged here in California and got not readys for the O2’s and EGR’s. I was given the standard drive cycle info from both the dealer and Hennessy. After doing this about 30 times and driving a total of 2500 miles n 8 weeks nothing has changed. Hennessey certificates this upgrade to be 50 state legal. But I’m fairly certain the Hennessy tune/PCU is the problem. Hennessy denies it.
Knowing the definition of insanity I’m not going to continue doing the same thing....help!

Other than inspecting the wiring to these components, I don't think you can DIY this.
My helping comment is to look into and get ready to visit the Calif Smog Referee station.
Hennessy's certificate of compliance may also be needed by the station.
Maybe another co-member with a GM Tech II can advise on ways to check the system utilizing this tool.
Yet again, you will need this tool and in addition a factory service manual would be a great aid.
I am unsure if there are ways to trick the system, just as 02 emulators, and if those trick will pass in the referee station or a standard Calif smog STAR station.
Again maybe another co-member can advise.
Good luck.

A Tech2 won't do anything on a C7. You'd need an MDI, a laptop, and the GDS2 software.

I found your problem. Have someone else review your tune. This guy has had bad press for 20 years.
EDIT:
Does it have a CARB EO number (and sticker)? If no, then it's not 50 state legal.
CA Ref Station will be zero help. Do NOT just go there to have them "troubleshoot" your problems.
Most likely your O2s are turned off.
You'll notice that Magnuson clearly posts the EO number for their heartbeat kit.

The same with Edlebrock:

CARB Executive Order Number: D-215-103
Call a real tuner who hasn't had 20 years of lawsuits accusing him of fraud, etc.

The carb EO # Nd cert. sticker is under the hood. It’s from Edelbrock. I’m new to this site so unsure how to respond to you all but am thankful for the advice ..I’ve been told a qualified expert can trick the system. I’m thinking the Hennessey modification to the PCU does not recognize the o2 and egr sensors?????

The photos from the hennessy website of the HPE650 kit shows a Centri blower, not the edlebrock. Can you post a photo of your engine bay?
I'd call Cunningham or AA Corvette. Maybe post in the regional forum for Socal or maybe another member will post some other reputable tuners in your area.

The modification was done back in May, 2015. So I’m not sure when they started using the Centri. I had nothing but problems with Hennessey back then....too many to type now.
