If the new C7Z is supercharged it should have more than 605 crank HP ... probably more like 650~660 HP. If it's supercharged, that also means there probably will not be a ZR1.
If the C7Z is NA, then I'd say it will have around 525~530 crank HP. If it's NA, then there could still be a SC C7 ZR1.

Based on those numbers alone, seems it would be competitive with C6 ZR1. With it's other technological advancements it will be a bit more than competitive IMHO. The bar will be raised once again.
EXACTLY! GM stating that is going to be the greatest track car ever is a clear indication that WONT be supercharged! Hey I love all power adders but blowers are DEAD as far as OEM goes!
there is a leak saying just about anything. this C7 thing is a veritable sieve. probably all orchestrated by gm for the marketing "benefit." not a totally stupid approach. any publicity is good publicity--or so "they" say.
apparently good ole nick has not been watching the news lately, nor spoken with any dealerships. the common wisdom has it that basically all cars will soon be supercharged--as you know its the best way to keep engine size down, while increasing hp. its all about money.
